Antique and vintage french lace sample fabric book

My first creation for 2024, and it's a good one.

I have created this fabric and vintage French lace sample book, inside the book is over 20 different lace samples.

sitting on the back page is an original blue lace card with 2 metres of vintage French lace in two different kinds.
on the third page I have created a little pocket with 3 vintage French lace sample cards are in the pocket. I have also added 5 tiny motives.

the middle page is a vintage lace doily

there are lots of little vintage French lace samples sitting on each page. the centre page I have a little "M" monogram along with a gorgeous vintage photo attached to a lace sample card also I have added a vintage skien of red silk thread

there are 13 different snippet of vintage French laundry tape.

the base of the book is made from hand dyed calico I added some beautiful vintage French lace to the front along with the sweetest image and a vintage style lace sample card.
