Handmade Sewing Notions pocket with pin cushion

A touch of french for this sewing notions pocket, filled with vintage French lace samples and a tattered lace pin cushion

I have just finished working on this sweet sewing notions pocket. It can also be used as a travel sewing kit.

All the images in the pocket are scanned copies of the original French ephemera

The sewing pocket is made from hand dyed calico and vintage French lace
measurements closed 24 cm x 15 cm
Tattered pin cushion 9 cm x 9 cm made from vintage lace and a tiny doily

1 m of vintage lace
1.5 m of vintage French lace trim in a soft pink colour
3 vintage lace sample cards
a small amount of vintage French laundry tape
