Vintage french christmas snippet book

I have this very sweet Vintage French children snippet book

I'm very sure I have left it to late for these little snippet books to arrive in time for Christmas, but they needed to come to life. I have used the most gorgeous vintage French postcard images. Even though I have used Christmas images I would have this little snippet book on display all year around.

I normally make snippet rolls but decided to make a small snippet book, I have made the book from hand dyed calico added the vintage lace, some of which is French lace from the Paris flea markets. There are 7 of the sweet little French girls, well I think they are little French girls. This snippet book has such pretty colour to it with touches of pink and beige. I have added a few tiny doily trim along with a few pearl style pins and a couple of rusty style pins. there is also a couple of vintage French lace samples

The only item being sold is the altered art fabric book and the contents of the sewing book, all other items are for display only.
